The hotel has a beautiful riverside location. Easy access to marina views and walking trails appealed to me. The staff exuded friendliness and made me feel welcome right from check-in. The outdoor pool was enjoyable and well-maintained, and I appreciated the option of dining at the on-site restaurant. Burger Theory offered decent food, though it could use more character in its ambiance. My main issue was the air conditioning in my room. It struggled to keep the space comfortable and left it feeling damp throughout my stay. This made sleeping challenging. I had to find other breakfast options off-site.

The location is nice, right near family and restaurants when needed. It also has extremely friendly staff which was important since we were there for a whirlwind trip to attend a funeral.
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable.

Great waterfront stay!
We had a fab time during our one-night stay! The location by the water is super chill for a stroll. Breakfast was tasty and service was quick. The pool area was nice but a bit loud with kids. Just wish our room had been a bit cleaner. Overall, a fun place to unwind and enjoy the views!

Had an awesome time with friends. The hotel was clean and right by a scenic marina. Every evening, we enjoyed the beautiful fountain display with water, lights, and music. We also explored the local parks and even hit up Michigan's Adventure. Plenty of activities kept us busy at the hotel too. Definitely a great spot for a group getaway!
The parking situation was a hassle during a wedding event, and the restaurant feels overpriced for what it offers. We didn’t expect much, but it was a letdown.

I stayed here for one night and enjoyed the clean outdoor pool with beautiful river views. However, the lack of proper A/C made my room a bit damp. Overall, it’s a nice place to relax after exploring nearby attractions.

Great service at check-in, but the A/C made the room too damp.

We loved the outdoor tiki bar and the pool was a hit. Evenings were special at the nearby fountain with synchronized water shows, and walking the scenic trails was a great way to unwind. Definitely check out Michigan's Adventure for some fun. Remember, dining at local spots is better than the hotel restaurant!
The main downside for us was the lack of A/C in our room. It felt pretty damp and made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

I stayed in the Standard King Room. The room was clean and had everything we needed, which was great. However, the faucet was awkwardly placed next to the sink, making it a struggle to wash my hands without splashing everywhere. Overall, it was decent but a few small fixes would really help.

Spent a great weekend with friends at this hotel! We loved visiting the stunning fountain with its amazing water and music show at dusk, and the scenic trail was perfect for relaxing walks. Plus, there were fun activities for all ages! Rooms were clean, and the friendly staff added to the experience.
The only downside was the tricky parking due to a wedding at the hotel, which made finding a spot somewhat challenging.

The hotel had a great location near the Grand River. Enjoyed the clean outdoor pool and well-maintained hot tub. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant, Burger Theory, was really good with plenty of options. However, the room's air conditioning didn’t work well, and it felt damp all night, making it hard to get comfortable. I also faced some issues with the parking situation during a nearby wedding event, which made things a bit chaotic. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay.
